Edward J. Barsocchi

Edward Barsocchi is a 35-year+ veteran of real estate and related businesses. After 11 years with national developer Lowe Enterprises, he formed Barsocchi & Company, Inc. in June of 2006. The firm’s core business is real estate investment and development.

Mr. Barsocchi has played various development and/or construction management roles in such notable downtown Denver, Colorado high-rise projects as: the twin tower 790,000 SF One Denver Place mixed-use property, the 31-story Stellar Plaza office building, the 43-story 635,000 SF 1999 Broadway office building, and the re-positioning of the three-tower 535,000 SF Park Central mixed-use complex.  He was the development manager for the 209-acre Arista mixed-use project in Broomfield, Colorado. Among his roles while with Lowe, he was involved in regional property re-positioning over a territory including Colorado, Texas and the Midwest.

Mr. Barsocchi was a key constituent in bringing about the re-development of downtown Denver’s Skyline Park.  He was the 2002/2003 Downtown Denver Partnership Volunteer Partner of the Year, and a two-term mayoral appointee to the Denver Building Code Revision Committee.
